I’m at the Museum of Native American History in Bentonville, AR and look what I ran into. One of my favorite things, a 3rd phase chief’s blanket. Its from around 1865 to 1875 and its a classic third phase broken down into the nine patterns - all ravelled bayeta. It’s just a beautiful design, beautiful piece of art.
