Apple TV easily connects to the new network, showing signal strength as "strong". Pushing content from my computer (iTunes) or from my iPhone to Apple TV works.

May 4, 2022 · Restart the Apple TV (Settings﹥System﹥ Restart). Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds. There is an accessibility setting for grayscale color filter. I wouldn’t know any other way that could result in grayscale (with digital connections). It might be triggered by the Accessibility Shortcut, if part of that setting.

Weirdly, it worked at work using their wired high speed network to update my iPad and iPhone. But I don't think I'm taking my apple tv there to update! I know my Internet connection is fine - I just bought a TV show off of itunes.
