Nov 3, 2017 · And the Maus' gun may be old but it was still the most capable 12.8cm gun of its time and could probably damage or destroy a modern tank if shot into its sides or rear. Of course a modern tank gun would go clean through an entire Maus, so the advantage is still there. Composite armor is pretty tough stuff vs kinetic penetrators.

If you’re that close to getting it I would say go for it, don’t expect it to OP af though. It can be fun but you have to position it right and get lucky sometimes.

Aug 1, 2018 · Getting back to the game, the Maus does have some uses, but only as a late game fort buster. That being said, using heavy artillery divisions with bombers is probably more cost effective than making Maus tanks, so I'd therefore advise against building it.
