Matthew Charles Eberflus (/ ˈ iː b ər f l uː s / EE-bər-flooss; born May 17, 1970) is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He was the head coach for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL) from 2022 to 2024.
