Change from Entyvio to Stelara or Skyrizi?? - crohnsforum.com
Oct 15, 2015 · My daughter is also on multiple biologics - Humira and a different biologic used for just arthritis. We also stagger them. As for going to a biosimilar of Humira, to be honest, I don't think it will make much of a difference. If it were my kiddo and she had tried Stelara already, I'd try Skyrizi. My gi says entyvio takes about 6 months. Didn't say how long for stelara. My insurance was a horrible evil entity to deal with to get the infusion approved.
Stelara Vs. Sulfasalazine - Crohn's Disease Forum
Jun 20, 2017 · Stelara is the newest one - I am not sure why they'd go straight to that, usually doctors start with Remicade/Humira. That said, Stelara works well for Crohn's, and generally people don't complain of too many side effects with them. Biologics are also very effective for arthritis - they have been life-changing for my daughter.
Skyrizi - Crohn's Disease Forum
Dec 6, 2022 · The patient may have developed antibodies against Stelara that block its action (although this isn't very common, it does occur), and Skyrizi avoids this because it is a different protein. But it's really not all that unusual among IBD biologic drugs that bind the same protein for one drug to work for a patient and another, seemingly the same ...
