Rom Files cannot be infected with viruses. Each site is unique, but over time there are tricks to figure out how to get the rom files. I recommend installing Universal Bypass, it works very well. Alot of times the Giant download button is an ad that will try to get you to download an exe file. Watch out for that.

It is also a difficulty boost hack. He also made Blaze Black/Volt White and Blaze Black 2/Volt White 2 which are the same as SG and SS but for B/W 1/2.

TWiLight Menu++ should be used for DS hacks only if you are a 2DS/3DS user. Though you can't access the home menu, your system DOES sleep when closed, conserving your battery.
