Sep 2, 2014 · Gold Class Quik Wax will do even more to darken the paint, just as Gold Class Carnauba Plus will, and as such is the perfect supplement to that wax (or other carnauba waxes, for that matter). Both are applied in much the same manner as a quick detailer: simply spray onto a panel, wipe with a microfiber towel, flip the towel and give a final wipe.

Jun 4, 2016 · Quik Wax (QW) is almost literally a spray version of a particular regular wax (Gold Class, Ultimate, and NXT, anyway), and while I can use QW for VERY light cleaning or touch-up, it's best used to fully re-wax and "boost" the regular wax job previously applied by hand or dual-action machine (DA).

The best LSP I've seen for cooler temps is #20. It sets up very quickly, gives a highly reflective look, and has very good durability. RamAirV1

Sep 13, 2014 · Re: Does Ultimate Quik Wax need time to cure? My experience with sealants has shown that they all need time for the process of curing or cross-linking to take place. UQW is a sealant, and while it looks very nice when just applied, it still takes another 12+ hours for the curing to complete, during which time the surface should be kept dry.

The spray wax products leave some wax behind, to add to the protection of your base coat of wax. Or to try to add back some of what the environment has removed. The UQW is pretty top of the line.
