There is a option in Lenovo Vantage to see Lenovo's own battery level icon. This one actually shows something more accurate. Please check in Lenovo Vantage has the battery charge limit cap turned on for extending a battery lifetime.

6 days ago · Battery 1 now appears to be the main battery -- at least it charges and discharges predictable and no longer shuts down the computer when AC is unplugged. Battery 2 now appears to be the sick internal battery and reports 0%. This makes it seem that these battery numbers in Windows are mutable and therefore relatively meaningless.
