You just have to give a command:- Alexa, call (personś name saved on your contacts list). You will have the option to choose video call or the audio call depending on following conditions.

I tried moving them to different location and outlets, hard reset, they're not close to any major electronics,. I also tried reducing the brightness & turning off the auto brightness that was suggested in other posts and online articles.

Sep 12, 2020 · I just figured out how to complete the set-up. Step one: Connect to the Echo via Wifi. Echo should state to continue set-up in App. Step 2: When in the "searching for devices" hit the "device not listed". For me, the Echo then appeared and I was able to complete the set-up.
