About WCC. Washtenaw Community College was established in 1965, when Washtenaw County voters passed a millage to provide financial support for a countywide community college. WCC opened with a 6-member Board of Trustees, a newly-appointed president, and a parcel of land in Ann Arbor and Superior Townships.

Admitted to WCC, what's next? Be sure you’ve taken these actions to make the process of registering for your classes go smoothly: Meet your class prerequisites and corequisites. If your class has a corequisite (usually a lab or similar class), you must register for it at the same time.

Parking. All parking on campus is free! We have 7 parking lots (numbered in the map shown here) and a parking structure (PS on the map).Our 4-level, 473-space enclosed parking structure is connected by an enclosed walkway to the Crane Liberal Arts and Science building.
