Nov 1, 2010 · I'm looking for the collections of Lindberg and Silhouette patterns and drill charts. Without using those vendors, I'm trying to get the above to be better able to replace lenses for my clients with those brands but also to be able to make demo lenses for the chassis I carry.

The S618's coordinates are; Nasal; 6.12 above datum. 1st hole (most nasal) 2.5mm in, hole dia. 1.6/2nd 2.5mm out from 1st hole (5mm from edge) 1mm dia. Temporal; Top hole; 4mm from edge, 8.9mm above datum 1.6 dia.

Sep 4, 2013 · 11. Set your drill holes, silhouettes have the drill holes 2mm from the edge and 3mm apart which I have set the holes are round and 1.4mm wide. Attached int he zip file is the trace which includes drill coordinates, it's using the newest OMA file verison which might cause you issues, if it doesn't work download and use the zip file marked 2.
