The City Council hereby adopts the following as the rental policy for the rental of the Rice Lake City Hall. All rental applications must be accompanied by rental fee, deposit, and certificate of homeowners

The Planning & Zoning Department is responsible for the review of zoning applications and the implementation of land use plans and policies of the City Council through administration of ordinances. Other responsibilities include reviewing permit and land use applications to ensure compliance with land use, setback, and other City requirements.

Mayor & City Council Following the passing of Mayor Werner, Suzanne Herstad has been appointed as Mayor for the remainder of the term ending December 31, 2024. This appointment leaves a vacant seat on City Council for the remainder of the term ending December 31, 2024.
