I was scared beyond belief. I had never before or since felt such pure horror and I had nightmares and a primal fear of zombies for well over a year. It wa brutal, nowadays though, I’ve played most of the better known horror games around (resident evil, silent hill, fatal frame, dead space, evil within, penumbra and so on).

A community for fans of the Capcom series, Resident Evil, (aka Biohazard in Japan). Members Online Mechanics/ gameplay features I would really like to see it coming back in future re games (number or remakes) that It would be hella cool if implemented and improved.

Sep 26, 2022 · Happy that RE7 is getting its due credit. I feel like resident evil made a significant pivot in the series with this game. They dialed it back and returned to the more pure survival horror aspects of the series while also taking it a step further. You can tell they fully committed to creating a tense and horrifying environment.

Though all the classic Resident Evil games had the same sort of progression, they did a better job of ramping up threats and introducing new stressors. By the final third of RE7, you've pretty much seen what you're up against and everything feels a lot more comfortable.

Resident Evil 7 is a nice return to the atmospheric survival horror of the pre-RE4 games and I appreciate that. I think this game will lead the series down a better path than Resident Evil 4 did. tl;dr : I like Resident Evil 4 more but I think Resident Evil 7 will be better for the series.

Oct 12, 2022 · Recently did the S+ Hardcore Leon run in Resident Evil 2 Remake and it was one of, if not the hardest things I've ever done in a video game. Then I started Madhouse this week in 7. I know this is the "hard" or "arrange" mode in this game, but did anyone else have an incredibly difficult time getting through this.
