Nottingham Science Park was first conceived in 1984, and has been developed to meet the needs of Nottingham and the UK’s growing science community. No. 1 Science Park was built in 2006-7 and won the UK Science Park Association Award in 2009 for innovative, sustainable design.

Welcome to Nottingham Science Park – home of innovation, ingenuity and discovery. The Science Park opened in 1984 and has continued to grow ever since, with 12 buildings and various companies currently on site with a second major new building opened in 2022

The Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Building, opened early 2022, is a new 22,700ft² Grade A space for research and development. The hub space contains a prominently positioned café, meeting rooms and outdoor seating located on the pedestrian route between the science park and the nearby tram stop.

Nottingham Science Park offers a range of spaces to meet and collaborate. Our new conference space due to open early next year can be booked by the hour, half day or full day, as well as per delegate.

Nov 22, 2018 · Owned by Nottingham City Council and located adjacent to the University of Nottingham, the science park contains a series of office buildings designed by various well known architects; we have been retained by the city council to plan the final phase of the park.
