Mar 16, 2022 · Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parmigiana. Only reason it isn't a 10/10 is because it could have used more sauce. That said, the sauce is fantastic, not watery like other frozen meals. There's definitely enough eggplant, and the amount of cheese is more abundant than most frozen meals. Highly recommend.

Oct 2, 2020 · I have the Michael Angelo Eggplant Parmesan in my freezer, but I recycled the carton a while ago. Would someone post a picture of the cooking instructions please? They seem bigger than the standard size and the grocery store package's instructions won't work. Is it better to bake it in the oven or does the microwave work just as well? Thanks.

May 23, 2023 · This is my absolute favorite frozen meal and even though it isn't a huge portion it is very satiating. The sauce is delicious. The eggplant is fine because eggplant parmigiana isn't meant to be crispy like chicken parmigiana. The sauce is very good and there is enough cheese - a bit more would be great but who doesn't love melted cheese.

I love their eggplant Parm. It is my absolute favorite frozen meal. They do individual and family size. The chicken is very good flavor and quality.
