The first thing you need to do, is to set up the account that owns the subscription/game as a home Xbox on one console.

Can I share my games and copy them onto the 2 new xboxes so they can play them offline and will we be able to play online together? All the xboxes will be in the same house on the same network. The downstairs and one of the upstairs are fine - we can both play at the same time with no issues (different profiles). Since introducing the third it either wants the main user to log on. We do this and it kicks them out the other console.
