Apr 20, 2016 · Take a q-tip and dap the paste on the affected area. DO NOT swallow the peroxide. Just spit it out and try to leave on the area as long as possible. Then spit it all out and rince your mouth well, then spit out. You can do this as often as you like during the day. They will go away alot faster. Hope this helps.
