Jazz Chisholm Jr. was back in the New York Yankees lineup Saturday night at Fenway Park, starting at third base and batting fifth. It marked his first appearance since leaving Wednesday’s game in Kansas City with tightness in his left groin—a lingering concern that kept him out of the lineup for two straight nights.

The Yankees had no update on injured reliever Jack Cousins, who now is dealing with an UCL injury. The Yankees haven’t announced how serious this issue is, but it could be season ending. Chisholm first felt discomfort in his groin while he was running from first to third in the fifth inning of the Yankees’ 6-3 win on Wednesday.
