The U S Department of Health and Human Services has found Harvard University in violation of federal law over its handling of antisemitic protests and activity on campus following the Oct 7, 2023,

The investigation over Harvard’s treatment of Jewish and Israeli students is the latest in the battle between the White House and the university.

Harvard refutes a newly issued letter and the claims within, telling Newsweek it "strongly disagrees with the government's findings."
