Ananda Lewis, a former MTV VJ who connected a generation of music fans to their favorite celebrities on the music network, has died. She was 52.

Swinney, 30, made her initial appearance in Worth County District Court Tuesday on five counts of insurance fraud (presenting false information), a Class D felony.
