The threat of flash flooding remains on Monday across Texas Hill Country, an area where at least 81 people have died after storms hit on July 4.

A shooting involving a federal agent with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration is under investigation by the FBI and Texas Rangers in a neighborhood in far East El Paso, an FBI spokeswoman said.
