A family from Southwest Oklahoma is asking for support after two of it’s members were caught in a flash flood in West Virginia. According Sheriff Nelson Croft of Ohio County, Jeremy Shotton and his newlywed wife of two weeks Kyleigh Minch Shotton were together with their kids when the waters began to rise.
Significant flooding in northern West Virginia claimed the lives of at least six people, including a 3-year-old and her mother, over the weekend and two others remain missing, officials say.
