INDIANAPOLIS -- Pacers forward Obi Toppin picked up a technical foul and a Flagrant Foul Penalty 1 in the second quarter of Friday's NBA Finals Game 4 of after his foul on Oklahoma City guard Alex Caruso angered Thunder center Isaiah Hartenstein.

Obi Toppin and Isaiah Hartenstein got into it during the Thunder’s 111-104 Game 4 win in the NBA Finals after Toppin committed a hard foul on Oklahoma City guard Alex Caruso. Toppin, 27, received a flagrant 1 after stiff-arming Caruso to the ground while the 31-year-old was driving in for a layup midway through the second quarter.

The Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder are currently battling it out on Game 4 of the NBA Finals. Though three games of the championship tangle things haven't been overly physical, save for a hard foul from behind by Aaron Nesmith on Alex Caruso in Game 3 which was ruled common in nature.
