Foreign ministers from the EU's 27-member nations are meeting in Brussels in the wake of a new aid deal for Gaza, largely forged by the bloc's foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas and Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar.

The EU’s 27 foreign ministers decided at a meeting in Brussels earlier this week not to “punish” Israel for its actions in Gaza and to “keep a close watch” on the country’s implementation of a recent agreement to improve the flow of aid in the strip.
