Israel and Iran traded more missile attacks despite calls for a halt to the fighting, with neither country backing down as their conflict raged for a third day.
"Due to the current special security situation, all flights to and from Ben Gurion Airport (LLBG) are canceled until further notice," the airport wrote on its website on June 12 amid Israeli action against Iran. "Please be advised: Do not travel to the airport."
Thirty-two flights bound for Israel have been diverted to Cyprus since Israel launched its initial strikes on Iran late last week, Cyprus Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos said on Monday.
