The FBI arrested CBP official Serina Baker-Hill for allegedly receiving fraudulent FEMA funds. The Department of Justice identified Baker-Hill, a 55-year-old CBP director, in a Wednesday statement.
The fraud was reportedly discovered by FBI agents who were investigating her husband for narcotics trafficking.
