LONDON - Broadgate REIT, a partnership between British Land (LON:BLND) Co PLC and GIC, has announced a joint venture with Abu Dhabi's Modon Holding to develop the 2 Finsbury Avenue project in London.

To date, British Land has agreed terms or placed under offer approximately 200,000ft² of office space at Broadgate this year, building on the 750,000ft² of leasing deals it completed last year.

5 Broadgate is currently the London headquarters of Swiss bank UBS and 5,000 of its workers. Completed in 2015, the building has four trading floors and seven floors of office space.
