State senators voted Tuesday to OK a study that would explore adding parking and entertainment options next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium, the home of the of Ravens.

MANSFIELD — A privately-owned parking facility next to the Xfinity Center will be allowed to add additional spaces to serve large crowds.
