A Tri-Rail train struck a vehicle Monday night on Forest Hill Boulevard near I-95 in West Palm Beach. According to West Palm Beach police, preliminary information suggests the vehicle was stopped on the train tracks just west of I-95 when it was struck. The gate arms were down at the time of impact, according to investigators.

A 71-year-old woman, Maureen Clark, died Monday night in West Palm Beach when her car was struck by a Tri-Rail train. The crash occurred around 8 p.m. on the 1100 block of Forest Hill Boulevard, with Clark's vehicle stopped on the tracks.
