Police responded to a house, where a woman was discovered injured, then declared dead, as well as five children, who all got out safely.

A woman was stabbed and killed inside a home in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood and a man was arrested in Vancouver, Wash., according to the Portland Police Bureau.
