STOCKTON, Calif. — Stockton police and prosecutors say a major gang crackdown in the city has led to 21 arrests, including three suspects now charged with multiple murders.

During raids across the Macon area, authorities say they recovered 17 pounds of marijuana and 1.7 pounds of cocaine. They say it all started from jail phone calls.
