Tybee Island Police arrested 54 rowdy spring breakers and issued 116 citations during the massive "Orange Crush" beach rager at the tourist hotspot.

At least 18 people were arrested on Tybee Island after tens of thousands of spring breakers flooded the small South Carolina beach town for a weekend marred by shootings, fights and other chaos.

Volunteers and Tybee Island lifeguards gathered on the beach Sunday morning to pick up the trash left behind by some Orange Crush attendees. The event inflicted $220k of costs on the town.
