The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is seeking dedicated, civic-minded individuals to join in its effort to clean up litter along Pennsylvania’s highways through its Adopt a Highway Program.

Under the Transport Strategy, drivers could see roads repurposed for pedestrians and cyclists, road users have been warned.
