New wards at St Luke's in Market Harborough have been discussed since the 1980s but a series of projects have failed and deadlines passed.

A main road into Market Harborough was shut in both directions after a crash in the early hours of this morning (Monday, March 3).

After months of consultation, managers at St Luke's Hospital in Market Harborough unveiled plans to provide cardiology and paediatric services.

Once a permanent home is found for (St. Boniface Street Links), the city will look to market 604 St. Mary’s once again,” city spokesman Kalen Qually said in an emailed statement.

“This restaurant has been a staple in St. Mary’s since I was a little girl,” Elizabeth Palmer, co-owner of Froggy’s, said. The restaurant used to sell a Tex-Mex-styled menu.

There is currently a shooting investigation on St. Mary’s Road in Columbus.

The pedestrian was hit by a vehicle near St. Mary’s Road and Farr Road. Although the victim is in critical condition, the extent of their injuries are unknown.
