Canadian Seth Rogen nabbed three major nominations as the 77th Primetime Emmy Award nominations were announced in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Seth Rogen, Catherine O'Hara, Lorne Michaels and Nathan Fielder are among the Canadians who've racked up multiple Emmy Award nominations this year, with Rogen's cringe comedy "The Studio" setting a record haul for a comedy series in its first season.

The co-creators of Apple TV+'s comedy spoke about the show's haul on Tuesday and getting Ron Howard and Martin Scorsese their first acting nods.
