Now on the market for $2.95 million, a lovingly renovated St. Augustine beach home was once owned by late Gainesville rocker Tom Petty.

Petty also owned a handful of waterfront homes around the Los Angeles area — in Pacific Palisades, Malibu and Encino, the latter of which was purchased in 2020 by actress and singer Selena Gomez.
