For the last two months, several Mission District neighborhoods say they’ve been getting a lot of unwanted visits — and tickets — from parking enforcement officers.

Every night this week at 9 p.m., up to two lanes on each side of the 405 Freeway will be closed through the Sepulveda Pass.
