Samsung (OTCPK:SSNLF) and SK hynix (OTCPK:HXSCF) are expected to be among the beneficiaries as demand for high bandwidth NAND increases throughout 2025, investment firm Citi said.

SK Hynix, a key supplier of high-bandwidth memory to Nvidia Corp., captured 36% of the DRAM market in the March quarter, compared with Samsung’s 34%, data from Counterpoint Research show.

At the Flash Memory Summit in Santa Clara, SK Hynix revealed it has developed what it calls the "world's first 238-layer 512Gb TLC 4D NAND ... or perhaps make NVMe SSDs even smaller.
