The Muscatine Art Center is turning 60, and the community is invited to help celebrate at the annual Ice Cream Social on Sunday, June 29, from 1 to 4 p.m.

This month, artist Penelope Moore combines her passion for painting and cocktails for fundraiser at Hop Atomica, the midtown brewery and bar.
