It happens every time we get new jerseys, new logos and all of that. But, uh, the Rockets kind of just did the thing, maybe? And no one seemed to really know about it either. Here's a look.

If you see someone walking around Houston wearing a red cap bearing a white "R" that you suspect could resemble the Rockets' new logo ... you're right. It is the Rockets' new logo. Team employees ...

Here is the logo. Simple enough. There's an "H" in there, probably for "Harden" or "Houston." OK, now here's the part where Adidas melted our brains: There were rocket ships because Rockets.
