One of four winning tickets for the Pennsylvania Lottery's New Year’s Millionaire Raffle 4s Galore Drawings was sold at a Walmart in Erie County.

The winning tickets were randomly drawn on Monday from more than 98,300 tickets sold between Nov. 19 and Dec. 2. The ticket from Erie was No. 00141679 and was sold at the Walmart at 2711 Elm St.
