A Jackson County data analyst says tax assessments on commercial properties show major inconsistencies, with some properties seeing up to $700-per-square-foot valuation gaps.

Reports came in at 2.48pm that the rider had fallen from his motorbike on the A6, Victoria Road, Walton-le-dale, near to the Capitol Centre retail park. Police say that only one vehicle was involved.
