There has been plenty of offseason speculation surrounding forward Andrew Wiggins' future with the Miami Heat. It didn't help that the Heat included Wiggins in its offer for 15-time All-Star forward Kevin Durant before Durant was eventually traded to the Houston Rockets earlier this offseason

As the NBA free agency started, there have been some talks in the trade market. A few teams have an interest in some of the Miami Heat players. According to insider Jovan Buha, the Los Angeles Lakers are one of the teams that are looking to make a move to potentially acquire a former All-Star from the Heat.

Miami Heat forward Andrew Wiggins is expected to remain with the team for the start of the 2025-26 season, according to Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald.
