The software service major Infosys is set to become the first out of the big five information technology (IT) software companies to enter education and training business.

Infosys Mysore Development Centre has 8 food courts and 2 food zones which can seat 12,000 people at a single time. One of the food courts is partly powered on a bio-gas plant for cooking.
