During a subcommittee hearing on Mid-Range Legislative Space Improvements, representatives of A&E Design discussed a project which would meet the capitol's mid-term planning goal.

Construction began Monday on a $644,000 Tribal Flag Plaza to be built on the Capitol grounds in Helena to honor Native American contributions to Montana as well as the rest of the nation.
