According to troopers, a vehicle driven by 62-year-old Elizabeth Cumber of Fayette went off the road, hit a tree, and rolled onto its side.

"If a citizen sees this vehicle out, they need to be aware of its sole intention and that is to calm traffic," said police Chief Scott Comstock.
