The Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT-3) announced its holiday schedule from December 15, 2023, to January 3, 2024, on Thursday.
The Department of Transportation announced that the operating hours of the MRT-3 will be shortened on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
The average daily ridership also increased by more than 30 percent in 2023 at 357,198 passengers, the management added. In 2022, MRT-3’s average daily ridership was at 273,141.
