Five councils are taking legal action against the proposed Ulez expansion A legal challenge to London Mayor Sadiq Khan’s ULEZ expansion plans has begun at the High Court today (Tuesday, July 4).
Just 15 councils are planning increases below 4.99 per cent, with levels ranging from 4.98 per cent in Barnet, north London, and Warrington, Cheshire, to 2.00 per cent in Wandsworth, south London.
