A judge has ordered a mental evaluation for Jose Ibarra, the Venezuelan man convicted of killing Georgia nursing student Laken Riley.

Jose Ibarra was convicted of malice murder, kidnapping and aggravated assault in the death of 22-year-old Laken Riley and sentenced to life in prison.
