PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A South Philadelphia street is changing directions after several accidents at one intersection.

The R&B singer's first five solo albums went platinum before a car crash left him paralyzed. His widow, Joan, says a biopic and a Broadway show also are in the works to share his legacy.
